Return period is 14 days. The return period is counted from the day you have received the order.

In the email, please inform us clearly that you wan’t to return your order/product.
Some products do not qualify for returns:
- Perishable goods like snus and nicotine pouches.
- Any product or package that is opened.
- Any product that has broken seal of authentication
- Customized products or services
When returning a product:
- You are obligated to keep the product as same condition as when delivered.
- You must not have used the product or service.
- You are obligated to pay for any return costs (shipping, etc…)
